How do I request a feature or report a problem?

Starting with version 1.9.9 DeltaWalker offers you an easy and integrated way to submit product feedback to Deltopia. Please go to Help > Submit Feedback - the dialog is intuitive and it does all the heavy lifting for you: it optionally attaches the required log and state files, appends relevant system info, allows you to preview the information prior to sending it and finally, it sends it all out to us with a click of a button.

When reporting a problem please remember to outline the steps that will allow us to reproduce it on our end. Screenshots are very often helpful.

When submitting an enhancement request or an idea for a new feature, please be aware that by doing so you acknowledge and agree that Deltopia shall be free to use any ideas or information you submit to us to improve its products or services.
